May 10 – Llwyngwril Reunion!

I am excite! Up bright and early for breakfast and Llwyngwril!
Just a tad delayed. OMG the most crowded train I’d ever been on in Wales.
Lots of folks bring their pooches along.

Against my better judgement, we took the train to Mawdach Estuary, and walked the bridge into Barmouth. I didn’t put on my brace, or take my sticks, so that wasn’t smart, especially since we were heading to Portmeirion in two days. Oops! But I really wanted to spend some quality time doing a little local exploring with David. Especially on such a goshdarn beautiful day.

The sunsets here are almost always stunning. My knee hurt so this is from the living room window. Nice view!

Llwyngwril has The Best Sunsets. This one best of all. I’d been wanting David to experience this cottage and location since 2018.
